Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, in your sessions to facilitate client improvement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the security of sensitive patient information.

• Engage actively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine and improve care approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Empower Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to implement solution-based psychotherapy interventions, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients, families, and the treatment team.
