This full-time position will allow you to practice remotely from your home or choose to work from our outpatient office located in Keizer, Oregon. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult and child clients presenting with a wide spectrum of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including medical staff and other mental health professionals.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with established medical and legal standards, ensuring accurate and detailed patient medical records.
\n
• Engage in case management duties, which include triaging referrals, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and their families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address complex mental health issues.

• Maintain current and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and client records to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate actively with other staff members to consult on treatment approaches and share insights into patient care strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards established by relevant licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will support represent a diverse population with a variety of mental health diagnoses. You will work with individuals, couples, and family groups suffering from conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• Existing independent licensure in the state of Oregon or the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong assessment skills to quickly and accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Ability to manage and effectively treat emergent mental health issues, demonstrating calmness and professionalism under pressure.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
