Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing, developing personalized treatment plans based on their specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure a low acuity level, making the practice environment manageable and therapeutic. We prioritize matching you with clients whose demographics and mental health concerns align with your specialties, allowing for a focused and effective therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven ability to maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work empathetically and effectively with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and technology for teletherapy sessions as well as client management.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Candidates must be proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and have experience working with adults in various stages of life challenges.
