Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, utilizing effective and evidence-based solutions to create personalized treatment plans that foster healing and growth.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), implementing tailored strategies to help clients cultivate coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our organization’s professional standards, upholding the integrity of client information.

• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to design and implement integrated treatment approaches, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations, peer supervision, and professional development meetings to enhance service delivery and stay abreast of industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions, ensuring personalized treatment plans.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective therapeutic engagement and strong client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
