Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling using secure video chat platforms.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to tailor individual treatment strategies that address the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Inner Insight, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. Our clients range from those seeking support with anxiety and depression to individuals navigating relationship challenges and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A fully independent license to practice, including at least one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy and effective communication.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
