Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver individualized therapy to clients, targeting diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients to develop initial treatment plans and discharge strategies that align with their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting the approach based on each client's treatment objectives and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during treatment meetings to coordinate patient care and strategies for achieving optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of current state licensure as a professional therapy provider (LMFT, LPC, LCSW), or eligibility for state licensure.

• Demonstrable experience working across the lifespan with various client age groups, from children to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
