Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a calm and empathetic approach to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized experience.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them towards self-awareness and growth.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to promote the development of healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our therapeutic staff, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health needs. Our clients typically seek support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals build resilience, improve their quality of life, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions will be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an empathetic and supportive demeanor.

• Strong computer literacy skills, comfortable utilizing technology for teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, we highly value candidates who have experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings, as well as familiarity with effective therapeutic interventions that can be implemented in a virtual format. Proven skills in establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will also be advantageous.
