As a member of our therapeutic team, you will work within a supportive remote setting, engaging with clients primarily through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize effective organizational and time management skills to manage a clinical caseload efficiently, ensuring all clients receive the attention they need.

• Document and communicate patient progress through our electronic medical records system, facilitating clear tracking of therapeutic goals and outcomes.

• Assist clients in identifying and addressing financial and social needs, providing resources and referrals to support their holistic well-being.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and all organizational policies, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs, involving them in the goal-setting process.

• Maintain an active Oregon Driver's License and certifications in CPR and First Aid, ensuring readiness for emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program is required.

• An active, independent mental health license in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• A proven ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality service and client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the therapeutic team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
