Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that are both attainable and effective.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that each session addresses the unique challenges and goals of your clients.

• Establish therapeutic relationships by collaborating with clients to set clear therapeutic goals, offering guidance and emotional support during their journey toward improved mental health.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered approaches, tailored to each client's specific situation.

• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
