As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to perform your duties from home while participating in regular virtual meetings with team members and supervisors. Our outpatient office focuses on creating a therapeutic environment for both practitioners and clients. You'll utilize tools such as secure electronic medical records for documentation and communication, ensuring all workflows align with best practices and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs, establishing a thorough understanding of their mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, with the potential to address issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to provide the highest quality of care in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.

• Document all aspects of client care accurately within electronic medical records, following legal and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

• Provide effective case management through collaboration with other health care providers, offering referrals to specialized services, and ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.

• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatment strategies and improve client outcomes, sharing insights and expertise to bolster collaborative care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with industry best practices and emerging treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors provide services to a broad range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will work with diverse populations facing various challenges, including mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use issues. Clients are from different backgrounds and may experience cultural, socio-economic, and demographic factors that influence their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution ((e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD)).

• An independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.

• Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with the ability to incorporate this knowledge into treatment planning.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a rich caseload, utilizing effective time management skills to maintain productivity and support client needs.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and familiarity with Windows applications for communication and documentation.

• Experience in a similar role within an outpatient setting, working with a case load of patients presenting similar mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
