Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement, with the primary focus on telehealth. Our therapists typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. You will engage with patients through secure video conferencing platforms, enabling you to deliver personalized therapeutic interventions while building rapport and trust from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and identify tailored treatment pathways.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) within therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive atmosphere where patients can process their trauma and learn coping strategies for healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for sustained recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at MedSphere Counseling Inc., you will primarily work with individuals affected by various forms of trauma. This includes but is not limited to survivors of abuse, accident victims, veterans, and individuals grappling with the effects of stressful life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
