Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy formats.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Respond to acute crises by providing immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, the healing process, and available community resources, fostering an empowering environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
