Noble Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team in Glendale, Arizona. Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will include a variety of critical tasks designed to support patient recovery:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to determine patients' trauma backgrounds, emotional states, and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other evidence-based techniques during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to encourage patients in processing their trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and promoting emotional healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with both legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and attend team meetings to enhance collaborative approaches in trauma care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including but not limited to those with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma histories, and dissociative disorders. You will engage with a diverse population, understanding their unique experiences and tailoring treatment approaches that resonate with their specific needs and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward patients.

• Ability to remain calm and collected under high-stress conditions while engaging with patients who require immediate support.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with strong knowledge in trauma-informed care or demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused interventions will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous to facilitate efficient administration of patient care.
