This position operates within a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while primarily focusing on patient care. The work schedule generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility as patient needs dictate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments that evaluate patients' trauma histories, facilitating the identification of suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate state-of-the-art therapeutic modalities focused on trauma recovery and resilience.

• Engage patients in therapeutic interventions, including clinical applications of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process trauma, fostering coping mechanisms, and advancing their healing journey.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Proven experience and proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapy and related interventions.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and the methodologies for trauma-informed care.
