Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a trauma-informed context.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with established trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic presence.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is a preferred minimum, candidates with a robust background in trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be given preference.
