Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, meticulously evaluating clients' trauma histories to tailor appropriate treatment interventions.

• Design, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing processes.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process and cope with their traumatic experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for all clients, addressing the multifaceted nature of their mental health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients during trauma-related emergencies and high-stress situations.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Quail Run, you will work closely with trauma survivors, providing the necessary support and therapeutic interventions to assist them in navigating their recovery paths. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in trauma-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
