Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the needs and histories of patients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their individual goals, mental health conditions, and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings (individual, couples, families, and groups).

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, encouraging empowerment and autonomy in managing their challenges.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and adapt treatment plans based on client progress and outcome data, staying informed about current best practices and trends in mental health.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respect for patient rights at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
