Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, acuity, and strengths, thereby informing personalized treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor family-centered and culturally appropriate treatment plans, ensuring services are delivered through individual counseling and family therapy.

• Apply trauma-informed care principles throughout all client interactions and treatment processes.
\n
• Collaborate with other clinical team members and service coordination teams to provide holistic care and resource navigation for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, in compliance with program requirements and deadlines.

• Manage a designated caseload effectively, ensuring timely assessments and crisis interventions as needed.

• Engage clients in therapeutic activities that align with the treatment goals, focusing on enhancing their coping strategies and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• An active clinical license in the state of California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for effective therapy and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, which reflects our commitment to attracting top talent.
