This position is fully remote, providing flexibility to accommodate both your professional commitments and personal life. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and participate in ongoing cultural competency training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations. Your role is vital in ensuring these communities receive culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences and challenges, helping to reduce barriers to mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, culturally sensitive treatment practices, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusivity and cultural responsiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
