Key Responsibilities\n

• Establishing trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe space for expression and growth.

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' goals and specific needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as clients progress through their therapeutic journeys.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to client needs.

• Documenting client interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Making appropriate referrals to outside specialists or agencies when clients require additional support beyond the clinic.

• Contributing positively to team efforts by engaging in supervision and feedback discussions with peers and leadership.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental and behavioral health challenges. Many of our clients deal with co-occurring disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. As a therapist, you will tailor approaches to meet the diverse cultural, emotional, and psychological needs of our clientele, offering them guidance and support during difficult life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field.

• A current and valid professional license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with evidence of working effectively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

• One year of relevant counseling experience is required.

• Familiarity with current principles, methods, and trends in mental health therapy, particularly in individual and group contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
