The ideal candidate will hold licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions with adults via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, addressing various psychological and emotional concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical tools to monitor client progress, ensuring that treatment plans are personalized and effective for each individual.

• Complete clinical documentation efficiently using a streamlined, user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system that prioritizes patient care and confidentiality.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaboration with leadership to ensure the highest standards of mental health care are met, especially for complex cases.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and to enhance therapeutic strategies across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on adults from diverse backgrounds who are seeking mental health support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique needs of our clients is paramount; therefore, your approach will involve culturally sensitive and person-centered care that respects and addresses each individual's context.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Process Recovery, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
