Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with East Side Therapy, you will:

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and relational challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliant and timely records.

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs and adjust interventions accordingly.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients and other professionals to enhance treatment outcomes and improve community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will work with a varied demographic that includes adolescents, adults, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of an inclusive therapeutic approach that respects and acknowledges each client's unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
