This role is set in an outpatient office environment with a focus on remote therapy. You will have the flexibility to connect with clients through various telehealth platforms while maintaining a structured office schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and interviews to inform the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to client goals.

• Regularly document progress in therapy notes, following HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and provide continuity of care.

• Engage in continuous clinical supervision and collaborative meetings with fellow therapists to enhance treatment efficacy and client care standards.
