Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' mood disorders, relationship challenges, and personal histories.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.

• Support clients and their families with education on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to optimize integrated care approaches.

• Stay current with developments in the field of mood disorders by engaging in ongoing research and training.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance collaboration and skill-building.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

This position primarily focuses on working with clients experiencing relationship difficulties, including those going through divorce, as well as individuals dealing with various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
