Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through a variety of assessment tools, determining the appropriate treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and physician recommendations, modifying them as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Administer effective physical therapy treatments utilizing various methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities (heat, ice, ultrasound), and patient education about care techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, home exercise regimens, and lifestyle adaptations, ensuring they are empowered in their own recovery processes.
• Provide consultation to physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient treatments, functional capabilities, and necessary equipment adaptations.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy aides and other support staff, ensuring that treatment protocols are delivered safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board-related incidents against your license.
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and the ability to create and implement effective exercise regimens tailored to diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
