Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions related to orthopedic issues, developing individualized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
• Implement manual therapy techniques and various modalities to address patients' specific conditions, ensuring each treatment is tailored to their unique needs.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation protocols while encouraging self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes consistent with privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights about treatment strategies to foster collaborative solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and students, helping to cultivate a strong culture of learning and professional development.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to ensure their comfort and trust throughout the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits
