Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient's mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis and pre-crisis interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with regulatory standards and supports patient care quality.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient progress and inform treatment strategies collaboratively with the clinical team.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain our high standards of care.

• Establish effective communication channels with community partners, state agencies, and local organizations to facilitate resources and support for patients.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities such as attending workshops and conferences, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the center’s objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Scriptmed, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use, and patients with developmental and acquired disabilities. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC from the state board.
