In this role, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic services to individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, emphasizing the significance of relational and interpersonal dynamics in the therapeutic process.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Conducting initial assessments and continuous evaluations to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and aligned with each client’s unique journey towards recovery.

• Actively collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to enhance the overall treatment strategy for clients.

• Providing supervision and mentorship to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support individuals and families navigating these challenges, utilizing a personalized and empathetic approach that prioritizes their unique experiences and needs in the therapeutic setting.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical settings.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who possess:

• Specialization in mood disorders, with at least two years of targeted post-licensure experience.
\n
• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, facilitating effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
\n
• A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000.
