Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others to meet the diverse needs of our client population.

• Maintain detailed and secure clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices in mental health documentation.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, engaging in regular case consultations to enhance service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Participate in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
