Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to identify the root causes of their mental health concerns and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a dynamic and diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds who face a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing mental health services, with a demonstrated understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to empathize with and motivate clients effectively.

• Proficient in customizing treatment plans to meet the individualized needs of clients, incorporating a wide range of therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
