Working under the supervision of the Wellness Program Director, alongside the Children & Family Services Director, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical counseling services, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create treatment plans that address psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients' wellbeing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and community workshops aimed at mental health education, prevention strategies, and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Actively participate in regular staff meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse clientele consisting of individuals and families within the community. This role supports individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this role.
