Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans using insights gleaned from assessments, as well as input from clients.
\n
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nutritionists, to deliver cohesive and holistic care.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing resources for training and attending workshops on the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Proactively develop and recommend innovative strategies to improve both patient care and the overall efficacy of our clinical programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other emotional challenges. Our clients vary in background and age, which enriches the therapeutic experience and enables you to tailor your approach to meet their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in the state of California, recognized as one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working with clients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and treatment planning is preferred, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
