The position operates within a remote framework, although interactions may occur in our outpatient office located in Santa Rosa, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and family dynamics, addressing various issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.

• Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines while keeping meticulous documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment progress within prescribed electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate client referrals to additional support services, such as community resources or specialized programs, to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain licensure and remain current with practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
