Although the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will have access to our outpatient office facilities for any required in-person meetings or training sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions that are compassionately tailored to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans that encompass all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic systems to streamline case management.

• Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate workshops or support groups aimed at fostering greater community engagement and skill-building among clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, marital issues, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Our treatment approach is holistic, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care that respects their individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LMFT license in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated strong communication and assessment skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and contribute positively to their therapeutic process.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in outpatient settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
