While clinicians primarily manage their schedules, typical working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients experiencing mood disorders by taking detailed histories and documenting the duration and severity of symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary.

• Design personalized treatment plans that are client-centered and evidence-based, incorporating various therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and systemic approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and the corresponding treatment options available, promoting transparency and understanding in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment strategies based on the evolving needs of the individual or family unit.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential client records in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Participate in team consultations and case reviews to discuss treatment progress and collaborate with colleagues for multidisciplinary strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
