Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client symptoms and issues surrounding mood disorders, anxiety, and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and strategic therapy.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and the range of therapeutic interventions available to them.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in team meetings and training sessions to foster collaborative care and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, ranging from couples seeking to strengthen their relationships to families dealing with complex issues. You will employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise in different therapeutic approaches, such as systems and transgenerational therapy, will be critical in guiding clients through their challenges and helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LMFT license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
