Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
