Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Speak Up Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our emphasis is on providing inclusive, culturally competent care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field.

• Active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California or the ability to obtain one shortly.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals and groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
