Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in various critical tasks aimed at promoting mental well-being:

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique challenges and goals.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver remote counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients dealing with mobility challenges or those living in rural areas.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
