In this full-time remote position, you will play an integral role in our outpatient behavioral health services, providing critical support to individuals and families in need. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Monitoring and analyzing client progress and outcomes as an active member of an interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Providing family support to enhance the therapeutic process and promote healthy interactions.
\n
• Developing rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive and productive learning environment.

• Creating joint treatment plans in collaboration with families, incorporating evidence-based practices and adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Empowering families with information, skills, and tools to support their child's overall development.
\n
• Implementing coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including children and families facing various mental health challenges. Your training and experience will allow you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse. By utilizing a recovery-oriented approach, you will work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable goals and milestones.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a related field.
\n
• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or in progress).
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage caseloads effectively.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently document sessions and bill hours.
