You will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, employing a combination of telehealth and in-person strategies within our outpatient facility in Ontario, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals and challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster emotional growth and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care and well-coordinated treatment strategies.

• Assess and respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate intervention strategies and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that documentation reflects therapeutic outcomes and ongoing progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their journeys, supporting them as they work towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in California is required.

• Demonstrated skills in crisis management and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in difficult situations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in outpatient or clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
