Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that accurately identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities in direct patient sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients and connect them to necessary resources.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential patient records that comply with legal and ethical standards, including using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and creating impactful treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
