Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide integrated care for complex cases.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with the latest research and therapeutic practices in mental health.

• Mentor and supervise less experienced therapists when necessary, enhancing team capabilities and improving client outcomes.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting where evidence-based practices are implemented.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable rapport building with a variety of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, contingent upon experience and caseload capacity.
