Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs, providing crisis intervention as necessary.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and coordinate care strategies that address the specific mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements in record-keeping.

• Collaborate closely with correctional and community organizations to coordinate patient access to additional resources and support services.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders, fostering a supportive environment for participants.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with a designated Clinical Supervisor, promoting professional development through feedback and guidance.
\n
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to treatment rounds and case conferences to ensure integrated care across all patient services.

• When necessary, conduct psychological assessments to further inform treatment strategies and outcomes for clients.
\n
• Offer mentorship and supervision to social work interns or mental health trainees, fostering their development within the field.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisory or administrative staff as required.

This position focuses on working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying backgrounds with complex mental health issues, substance use disorders, and those involved with the correctional system. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for independent practice in mental health counseling.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or doctorate is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of full-time, paid experience providing direct client care in a behavioral health setting.

• Demonstrated experience in assessment and treatment planning, especially with clients facing severe mental illness and behavioral problems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
