Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

• Develop and maintain detailed clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and state regulations.
\n
• Create personalized intervention and treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly measuring and modifying interventions based on client progress.
\n
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy through evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both in-person and telehealth settings, adapting approaches to meet the needs of individual clients.

• Stay well-informed about the latest advancements in mental health care through continuous professional development, thereby enhancing service effectiveness.

• Foster a nurturing and non-judgmental environment to build trusted therapeutic relationships, encouraging open communication and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges related to various mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your ability to tailor therapy approaches and understand the intricacies of these conditions will be crucial in promoting effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid Social Work License per State Regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Proven experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities and a solid understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
