Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of clinical staff to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care, including attending regular treatment team meetings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and facilitate the development of individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' unique needs.

• Lead individual, group, and family counseling sessions with a focus on promoting healthy behaviors and managing symptoms associated with mental health challenges.

• Monitor client progress through detailed documentation and charting, ensuring that adequate referrals for additional services are provided when necessary.
