Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, gather client histories, and evaluate presenting issues during initial consultations.

• Develop personalized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs, integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, providing clients with tools and strategies to cope with their challenges, fostering resilience and growth.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when deemed appropriate to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in our electronic health record system, adhering to state regulations and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help empower clients from various backgrounds to achieve personal growth, healing, and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology accredited by relevant educational bodies.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in the mental health field, showcasing expertise in therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
