Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a varied client base, including individuals facing substance abuse challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. This role requires sensitivity to the diverse cultural contexts of our clients in Long Beach, California. You will be responsible for providing culturally competent care and fostering an inclusive environment where all clients feel safe and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
