Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status through one-on-one video sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a track record of effective patient outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Competence in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with an ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth delivery is strongly preferred, as familiarity with virtual platforms enhances patient engagement and care efficiency. Additionally, experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
