Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, aiming to enhance their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic discussions, guiding clients to explore their feelings and experiences, thus promoting greater self-awareness and understanding of their interpersonal relationships.

• Serve as a client advocate, helping individuals to set and define personal and therapeutic goals that are both achievable and meaningful.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions using established methods, and design individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and a solution-focused approach.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our network to ensure comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are prescreened, stable, and exhibit low acuity needs. This ensures that you can provide focused and effective interventions within a supportive environment, paving the way for meaningful progress in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• An independent license issued by the state, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong professional judgment in making evaluations, treatment recommendations, and implementation strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to engaging with clients.
\n
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, essential for remote therapy delivery and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly in conducting telehealth sessions.

• Background in various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
